The white regular eggs from Countryside Farms are economical and a good quality product. All the regular eggs meet the Grade A standard and our criteria is the weight of the eggs: jumbo (70 grams +), extra-large (63 grams +), large (56 grams +), medium (49 grams +), small (42 grams +), peewee (less than 42 grams). For each size of egg we have to respect a minimum weight per egg but no maximum. During certain times of the year, when the demand is very high, you could find, in your carton, a few eggs bigger than the size shown on your carton. Example: extra-large eggs in a large egg carton.
