Countryside Farms is an egg grading plant, located in Steinbach,Manitoba, Canada. We have been grading Manitoba produced eggs for more than three decades. Countryside Farms purchases eggs from Manitoba egg farmers. We then grade, package and market them to the consumer. Countryside Farms is a Federally inspected plant, Kosher Certified and certified organic through Ecocert Canada.
Countryside Farms has grown steadily and today it is marketing more than 240 million eggs annually in Manitoba and outside of the province. Countryside Farms supplies many supermarkets and food distributors who are looking for high quality products. We are leading the way in food traceability with our process of marking a code on each individual egg, using the latest technology. The codes on the eggs will allow for an effective and timely recall in the highly unlikely event of a problem with any of our eggs. The codes on the eggs identify the province of origin and the farm which produced the eggs. Countryside Farms is proud to be a part of this leading edge project in Canada.
